My dear Brian is a good sport. He understands how much I love this blog of mine and puts up with me when I’m neglecting him to work on it, and tries his best not to look embarrassed when he waits for me to finish taking pictures at every meal. That’s love.
Like me, he’ll eat just about anything and rarely makes special food requests, but when he does, like he did with these Orange Creamsicle Milkshakes, I know to answer the call. He deserves it. Plus, these were incredibly easy to make, so I was more than happy to oblige.
The small cast of characters: 2½ cups orange sherbet, 1 cup vanilla ice cream and 1 cup milk. That’ll do it. The rest is pretty self-explanatory too, but let’s go through the steps anyway.
In a blender, combine orange sorbet, vanilla ice cream and milk.
Blend until smooth.
That’s it! The recipe makes two tall and thick glasses that taste just like a blended Orange Creamsicle, all for under three ingredients. Brian was happy, as was I. Cheers to that!
